Studio render of an ivory baby relief with closed eyes, raised cheeks and nose, and a hand beside the face, viewed from above.
Two example portraits, each shown from four angles. Your keepsake is made from your own scan.
Size is the plaque’s width × height. A wooden frame adds 3 cm to each outside dimension.
Personalised tactile ultrasound relief
The curve of a cheek. A tiny hand. Your first glimpse, gently sculpted into an ivory portrait that catches the light. A raised keepsake to explore by touch, too.
A shallow, three-dimensional portrait on a solid plaque. Light and shadow bring the face into focus, with a flat back and a quiet, simple outline.
Choose 5 mm for a subtle impression, 8 mm for a balanced relief, or 11 mm for the strongest depth. Each has a 4 mm backing.
The plaque comes in 15 × 18, 20 × 24 and 25 × 30 cm. These measurements describe the plaque itself.
Unframed, the ivory edge stays visible. Choose a natural, white or black wooden frame, each with the same fine border and small shadow gap. Framed outside dimensions are 18 × 21, 23 × 27 and 28 × 33 cm respectively. Natural wood grain varies; white and black have a painted wood finish.
The portrait is a fine-detail resin print with a matte ivory finish. The images show the 15 × 18 cm example; use the size guide for relative scale.
Share your clearest 3D or 4D ultrasound pictures, reference video or original scan export. A clear view of the face helps us preserve the features visible in your scan.
Each scan is different. We review its quality and the visible features before confirming the portrait. This is an artistic keepsake.
Tactile ultrasound portraits
For blind and partially sighted parents, a tactile ultrasound keepsake may offer another way to explore the features represented in their scan. The face rises from a flat backing, creating contours that can be traced by touch.
Each relief is an artistic interpretation of the detail available in your ultrasound. The shape of a cheek, nose or hand depends on what your scan shows.
For the most prominent contours, we recommend the 11 mm relief, the deepest of our three options. Its raised features give the portrait its strongest sculptural definition for exploring by touch. Choose the plaque size to suit where you’ll keep it and how you prefer to handle it; the relief depth stays at 11 mm in every size.
This recommendation is based on the design. We have not yet formally tested the plaques with blind or partially sighted users.
